Starting an On-Line Meditation Class
Posted by Fiacharrey under Forums, Psychology, Philosophy
This should be an interesting experiment. Starting next week, I’ll be trying to give meditation instruction through a folder on our forums. I don’t know if it will work, but there seems to be a good bit of interest. As I say in my sign-up post, this style of meditation, shikantaza, I believe to be the most fundamental of all meditative practices.

Fiacharrey, meditation so much. After reading so many self-help books over the years, I came across this beautiful book that really works well when it comes to mediation; I don’t know if it wroks for everybody, but as far as I’m concerned (plus many others), it’s a great book for meditation and enlightment, and it’s also available for audio. This book’s title is THE POWER OF NOW by Eckhart Tolle.
